The cubicbag rucksack one is made from genuine convertible top fabric, as used in automobile production. On average, 80% of the material used is leftover convertible top material, and 20% is new convertible top material. The material is virtually waterproof, colorfast, and dimensionally stable, meaning it won't stretch.

The shoulder straps are made of leather and positioned for maximum comfort. The backpack's unusual shape is based on its folding principle. When empty, it's flat and can be stowed away to save space. When fully packed, the backpack expands to a baseball-shaped body with rounded edges.

The metal Loxx pull fasteners keep the bag closed in any condition. An inside pocket is located inside. The cubicbag rucksack one is suitable for shopping and excursions—by bike, for example. Its unique shape and functionality make the backpack a design object with high usability.
