The Raboisonbag Messenger L is made of oiled and waxed cowhide. The material is very robust and gains in vitality with age. The name of the series is reminiscent of cyclist Charles Raboison, one of the Tour de France pioneers in the 1920s.

The bag's design is pure, unisex, and timeless. The side closures represent a new, functional design detail for the series. The dothebag-familiar safety closures, which originate from the automotive industry, were used.
